The Council district covers 4,771square kilometres and is renowned for its thriving agricultural, fishing and tourism industries.
The district's attractions include 702 kilometres of coastline, featuring a mix of beautiful beaches and rugged terrain. Major townships include the rural based town of Cummins and the tourist and fishing town of Coffin Bay.
The Council's main office is located in Cummins, with a branch office located in Port Lincoln.
