REPRESENTATION REVIEW REPORT: Council is currently undertaking its review of representation, as required at least every eight years, under the Local Government Act 1999. The process began early in 2009 with the release of the Options Paper and an invitation to hear from the community about their thoughts in relation to our representation model. Council has now had an opportunity to consider the community comments and to develop their view about the best model.
A draft Representation Review Report has been prepared for the consideration of the community, and this is now available. Public comment is now being sought and submissions close on 18 June 2009.
