Red Cross Resources for coping with COVID-19

Red Cross has produced a range of resources to assist communities in coping with COVID-19 restrictions.

Further resources for culturally and linguistically diverse communities are available on SA Health's web page for Multicultural communities COVID-19 advice.

Psychosocial support

In addition to the SA COVID-19 Information Line (1800 253 787), a COVID-19 Relief Call Centre is operating toprovide callers with a wide range of information and assistance, including access to personal hardship support and advice on short-term accommodation for those who cannot safely self-quarantine or self-isolate.

For anyone feeling anxious, overwhelmed or distressed about the effects of COVID-19 and restrictions in place, trained Red Cross volunteers are also available to speak with callers to the Relief Call Centre and provide psychological first aid. To contact the Relief Centre, telephone 1300 705 336 or email housingrelief@sa.gov.au.
