Council has partnered with REMPLAN to create a Public Data Portal to provide data specific to Lower Eyre Council under three themes - Economy, Community, and Housing. This portal provides an easy-to-use platform for business, community and individuals to access up to date and relevant information.
The Public Data Portal was identified in Council's Strategic Plan 2024-34 as Priority Action 1.1 – Increase the Council’s role as a community resource for public information and data about the Council area.
Economy
The Economy Public Profile offers data on economy, jobs and business within Lower Eyre Council. Key insights include output and Gross Regional Product dollar values, plus employment and building approval rates. Explore data to look at leading and emerging industries, and how tourism plays a role in our economy.
Community
The Community Public Profile offers data on our people under sub-categories including population, families, migration, education, work and wellbeing. Data here can be searched for all of Council's major and minor townships, and localities.
