District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula has the capacity to conduct Citizenship Ceremonies on a date agreed upon with the Citizenship recipient.
The Federal Government's Department of Home Affairs administers citizenship ceremonies before notifying Local Government that there are new citizens in their area. There are clear protocols which must be followed in relation to Citizenship ceremonies.
