The District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula fully owns and administrates 16 independent living units in Cummins. There are 15 one-bedroom units, and one two-bedroom unit.
Rent
One bedroom units: $164 per week
Two bedroom unit: $245 per week
Apply or Register your Interest
There are currently no units available however people can register their interest so that they can be informed when a unit becomes vacant. A registration of interest or an application does not commit anyone to proceeding with the application if they do not wish to do so.

Cummins Homes Committee
The Cummins Homes Committee generally meets every three months on Thursdays at 4.30pm in the Cummins Council Chambers.
