Ordinary Council Meetings
Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at 32 Railway Terrace, Cummins at 9am on the third Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise stated.

(Please note December Council meeting has been rescheduled to allow for Council Administration to process resolutions and action items arising.)

Deputations
Members of the community who wish to address Council are able to by way of a Deputation. This is to be arranged by a written request being provided to Council at least two weeks prior to the Council meeting, to enable inclusion in the Council agenda. Deputations are limited to a time frame of 10 minutes.
