Supplementary Election
Councillor Margaret Fahy has regrettably advised Council she is no longer able to continue her role as an Elected Member for the Lower Eyre Community due to work commitments.
Due to the resignation a supplementary election will be necessary to fill the vacancy.
Make sure you're on the voters roll! The voters roll for the election will close 5pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024.

If you need to check or update your enrolment by visiting the Electoral Commission of South Australia’s website here.
If you are correctly enrolled for state elections in South Australia, you are automatically included on the council voters roll and will receive ballot papers through the post.
Council supplementary roll
If you are not enrolled on the state electoral roll you may be eligible to register on the council supplementary roll if you are:
- a resident or a non-Australian citizen who has lived at your residential address for one month or more
- an owner of an organisation or business
- an owner of a holiday home
- a sole owner, or group of owners, of a rateable property
- a sole occupier, or group of occupiers, of a rateable property
- a landlord of rateable property.
To apply for inclusion on Council’s voters roll, please complete the relevant application form below and return to the Lower Eyre Council prior to 5pm, Tuesday 30 April 2024 via the following methods:
