The Business Breakfast Program is an action that was identified in Council's Economic Growth Plan 2025-30. Council aims to host two events a year with all local businesses, Elected Members & Executive Team invited to attend.

Twenty-five people attended the breakfast held in Cummins on 22 July 2026. Attendees heard from SA Small Business Commission, Dan van Holst Pellekaan, Rural Business Support, and about Council's latest projects including its new Small Business Grants Program.

Thirty-five people attended Council’s inaugural Business Breakfast in Cummins on 17 September 2025. Thank you to Kemp Real Estate and NBN Co. for attending to present on the Cummins residential land development, and enhancements to digital connectivity for Eyre Peninsula.
