Pursuant to section 202 of the Local Government Act (1999) and Council Policy CR-POL-02, Council is seeking public comment in relation to the renewal of the lease to the Louth Bay Community Club Inc. The lease is over land situated at Louth Bay and is described as:
- Crown Record Volume 5410 Folio 431, more commonly known as lot 606 The Haven Drive, Louth Bay SA 5607;
- Crown Record Volume 5752 Folio 782, more commonly known as Lot 608 Neideck Road, Louth Bay SA 5607; and
- Crown Record Volume 5752 Folio 778, more commonly known as Lot 5 and Lot 6 Louth Terrace & North West Terrace, Louth Bay SA 5607.
The lease is for a period of seven years with two right of renewal.
